Argo Pond has once again been taken by storm. Effective October 5, 2020, the Michigan Men’s Rowing Team was reactivated for in-person team practices. To accommodate safety procedures relating to the ongoing pandemic, the coaching staff has created a comprehensive training schedule enabling our athletes to stay safe and continue to train at the highest level.

For freshmen interested in trying out for the team, we will be having a virtual recruiting meeting via Zoom this Friday, October 16, at 4 P.M EDT. This will be an opportunity to get to know the freshmen coaches and have some current athletes demonstrate rowing for you, virtually. Once the coaching staff has collected information from interested athletes, they will be organizing opportunities for prospective recruits to come down to the boathouse and experience an in-person practice.
