On February 24th the team headed down to Gainesville, Georgia for their annual Spring Training trip. This year's squad consisted of 56 rowers and 13 coxswains.

The weather in Gainesville was generally favorable to rowing for the vast majority of the week. The traditional Spring Break 8x500m indoor practice was postponed to Friday, which was the only day that it rained. During the annual Head of the Hooch 10K, the top varsity boat set the course record in favorable conditions. Spring Break is now in the rearview mirror and the team is back in Ann Arbor. We’re all excited to fight for our seats in boats and get to racing.
